After giving a speech to a group of people, many times someone will come up to me and say they enjoyed the presentation but they don't feel like they can invest the time to follow the advice in my program. They tell me they feel as if they just don't have enough time to get everything done in a day. Sadly, that person and many others like them are suffering from what I call, Time Poverty. It has a negative effect on people's lives because the feelings of pressure can lead to despair and hopelessness. Eventually, the feelings of Time Poverty can cripple a person's ability to function.
