My Radio was due for an oil change the other day so I took it into the dealership for some service. While I was waiting on the service department to work on my Radio, I walked through the showroom looking at all of the beautiful new Radios. There is nothing quite like the feeling you get when you sit behind the wheel of a brand new Radio for the very first time. It's so clean and shiny. The leather is soft to the touch. And the smell of a new Radio gets to me every time.

I love Radio. I've loved Radio since I was 8 years old. That was the year I had my tonsils out. During my recovery, I discovered Radio. I discovered the local Radio station and the local disk jockeys. I discovered that if you were at home sick in bed, you could call the DJs on the phone and talk to them. I found that they would play games and encourage listeners to call in to win. This was very exciting for a young boy stuck at home.

Every morning in Africa a gazelle wakes up. It knows that it must run faster than the fastest lion or it will be killed. Every morning a lion wakes up. It knows that it must outrun the slowest gazelle or it will starve to death. It doesn't matter whether you are a lion or a gazelle. When the sun comes up, you better start running. -- African Proverb
