You have a prospect who tells you that they are going to start using Facebook to market their business. They might be an existing customer that is going to cancel or it’s a new prospect that you’re trying to sell for the first time. You are frustrated because the prospect is so excited about the potential of Facebook marketing that they are going to forsake traditional media. The prospect is really sold on the idea because since they started their Facebook marketing campaign, they now have a few hundred “friends” or people who “like” their page. But that’s about as far as it’s going to go without you and your Radio station’s help.
